当会では、会員企業が開催するイベントやプログラム等について、主催機関が希望し、当会所定の基準に合致する場合、共催・後援させていただきます。また、協会会員にメールなどで告知協力を行う特典も提供しております。
イベントの内容、趣旨等に主催機関の営業・マーケティング的要素がなく、かつ、当会会員にとって有益な情報であると判断したものについて、共催・後援または会員企業向けにメールなどで告知させていただくことが可能です。告知をご希望の場合、イベント概要等につき、お知らせください。事務局から後日、確認させて頂きます。
なお、共催・後援・告知の適否については協会内にて審査・判断させて頂きます。イベント内容が固まりましたら、お早めにメールで事務局にご相談ください。また、告知のご依頼は、各会員企業様/年3回を上限とさせていただきます。告知は、お申し込みを毎月末に締め切り、翌月10日頃までに前月お申込み分を一括してメール配信する形式で行わせて頂きます。（都度配信はいたしかねます。）

The Association may co-host or provide supporting endorsement for events and programs organized by member companies upon request from the organizing body, provided that the event meets the Association’s prescribed criteria. In addition, we offer support in promoting such events to our members via email and other communication channels.
Events may be considered for co-hosting, endorsement, or promotional support (including email distribution to member companies) if their content and purpose do not primarily serve sales or marketing objectives of the organizer and are deemed beneficial to our members. If you wish to request promotional support, please provide an outline of the event for our review. The Secretariat will follow up with you accordingly. Please note that all requests for co-hosting, endorsement, or promotional support are subject to internal review and approval by the Association. Once the details of your event have been finalized, we encourage you to contact the Secretariat by email at an early stage.
Requests for promotional support are limited to three times per year per member company. Applications for promotional support are accepted until the end of each month, and approved announcements are compiled and distributed together in a newsletter-style email around the 10th of the following month. Please note that promotional announcements are not distributed as individual emails for each request.
