以下をご参照ください。

会員企業以外の機関が主催する以下に該当するイベントやプログラムにつき、当会会員にとって有益な情報であると判断したものについては、当協会として共催・後援、または会員企業向けにメールなどで告知をさせていただくことが可能です。

・官公庁、大使館、JETRO、地方公共団体など、公的団体が手掛けるプログラムなど
・MoU締結先が開催するカンファレンスなど

共催・後援・告知の適否については協会内にて審査・判断させていただきます。イベント内容が固まりましたら、早めにメールで事務局にご相談ください。
なお、告知は、お申し込みを毎月末に締め切り、翌月10日頃までに前月お申込み分を一括してメール配信する形式で原則行わせていただきます(都度配信はいたしかねます)。

For events and programs organized by non-member organizations, the Association may consider co-hosting, supporting endorsement, or promotional assistance (including email distribution to member companies) if the content is deemed beneficial to our members. Examples include:

  • Programs organized by public-sector organizations such as government agencies, embassies, JETRO, and local authorities
  • Conferences organized by organizations with which the Association has signed an MoU

All requests for co-hosting, endorsement, or promotional support are subject to internal review and approval by the Association. Once the details of your event have been finalized, please contact the Secretariat by email at an early stage.
As a general rule, applications for promotional support are accepted until the end of each month, and approved announcements are compiled and distributed together in a newsletter-style email around the 10th of the following month. Please note that promotional announcements are not distributed as individual emails for each request.
