一般社団法人Fintech協会（東京都港区、代表理事：丸山 弘毅 / 工藤 博樹、以下「当協会」）は、当協会名称の呼称・記載について、”一般社団法人Fintech協会（英語名称：Fintech Association of Japan）”とすることといたしましたのでお知らせいたします。
昨今、金融（Finance）とテクノロジー（Technology）を融合させた造語”Fintech”の世界的な認知・普及に伴い、組み合わせた造語ではなく、一つの単語としてTechのTを小文字にした”Fintech”とした記述・使用がグローバル標準として一般化しています。
それに伴い、今後、当協会名称の呼称・記載につきましては、”一般社団法人Fintech協会（英語名称：Fintech Association of Japan）”に変更することにいたしました。
（なお、正式な一般社団法人の名称変更は定款変更決議が必要となるため、後日、然るべきタイミングに行う予定です。）
About change of name of the association (Japanese/English)
Fintech Association of Japan (Minato City, Tokyo. Representative Directors: Hiroki Maruyama / Hiroki Kudo) has changed its name to “Fintech Association of Japan (Japanese name: 一般社団法人Fintech協会)”.
The word “Fintech,” which is a combination of the words for “Finance” and “Technology,” is recognized and used globally in latter days and used as one word rather than an abbreviation, with a small “t.”
In accordance of this, we have decided to change the name of the association to “Fintech Association of Japan (Japanese name: 一般社団法人Fintech協会).
