Natalie Shiori Fleming is GM Japan for Banking Circle, a next-generation technology-led payments bank which enables fintechs and banks of any scale to seize opportunities in the new economy.
She previously helped lead the expansion of the fintech ecosystem in Japan as a Founding Director & Vice-Chairperson of the Fintech Association of Japan and has returned to the association as Managing Director. Her experience includes launching and expanding the Japan & APAC offices of multiple fintech startups including Wise, Payoneer and Infcurion.
Natalie obtained her MBA from INSEAD and BComm from UBC.
