After working for the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, the Bank of Japan, and the Cabinet Secretariat, I joined Yahoo Japan Corporation in 2014. In the Policy Planning Division, I engaged in government relations and stakeholder communication as well as the formulation of cross-industry self-regulation frameworks. In 2018, I joined Mercari, Inc., where I led public policy initiatives in the e-commerce and fintech sectors. Since July 2021, I have served as VP of Public Policy at Mercari. In 2025, I founded PA Commons, providing strategic advisory services in public affairs and stakeholder communications.
