会員継続について Membership renewal

協会の事業年度は毎年9月1日から翌年8月31日です。

毎年8月末日までに退会申請が行われない場合は、会員継続のご意向とみなします。
なお、次期会費の請求書は、毎年9月初旬に発行（お支払期日は10月末）させていただきます。

The association’s business year runs from September 1 until August 31 of the following year.

Unless we get a request for withdrawal from the membership by the end of August, we consider you to be a continuous member.
We will send you an invoice for annual continuation fee in mid-August.  (The payment due will be the end of October.)
