ご退会フローは以下となっております。
ご退会希望の場合、問い合わせフォームまたは事務局までご連絡下さい。
①未納会費の清算
未納会費がある場合にはご清算後に退会対応とさせていただいております。
②退会申請フォーム
退会事由、退会月などをお答えいただいております。
③事務局からの承認連絡
フォームご入力内容を協会内で確認させて頂きます。1週間後を目途に、事務局よりご連絡させて頂きます。
③まで終了した時点で退会処理完了となります。当協会の事業年度末である8月末時点で終了していない場合、翌期継続対象となりますためご留意ください。
■ご退会に伴うご留意点
・退会月最終営業日の17時以降に・メール配信停止・当協会ホームページ上会員リストからの掲載削除（過去の記事掲載は削除されません）が行われます。
・ご在籍期の年会費は割り戻しを行なっておりません。期末までご在籍いただくのが費用対効果としては最大化されます（もちろんご希望の月でのご退会も可能です）。
・再度入会の場合、入会費がかかります（法人会員のみ）

The withdrawal flow is as follows.
If you wish to cancel your membership, please contact us using the inquiry form or contact the secretariat.
(1) Settlement of unpaid dues
If there are any unpaid dues, we will accept your withdrawal after the payment is made.
2) Withdrawal Request Form
Please fill in the reason for withdrawal, the month of withdrawal, and other details.
3) Confirmation from the Secretariat
We will review the information submitted through the form internally and contact you within approximately one week.
The withdrawal process is complete when the above steps have been completed. Please note that if your membership has not been terminated by the end of August, the end of the association’s business year, you will be eligible to continue your membership for the following business year.
■Notes
・After 5:00 pm on the last business day of the month of withdrawal, you will stop receiving emails and be removed from the list of members on the Association’s website (past articles will not be removed).
・The annual membership fee is not refundable. It is cost-effective to stay a member until the end of the term (of course, you can cancel your membership in any month you wish).
(Of course, you can cancel your membership in any month you wish.)
・If you join again, an admission fee will be charged (corporate members only).
